Returns & Exchanges

  1. Due to all items being personal per client we do not allow for any returns or exchanges.
  2. Defective products: All items are quality checked before been sent out. We do not take responsibility for any damages caused by the delivery company.

Products:

We try our best to ensure images of all variations are available per product. We use images that best reflect our exact products. At times colour may vary due to lighting and we may not be held responsible. Please refer to the product image on the website for the best accuracy. Our colour selection palette per product is best matched to the actual product (but does not represent the product itself, the image represents the product. The colour selection is available in order to make a purchase). We may not be held responsible for any confusion or errors. We won’t be held responsible for minor detail differences.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Caketoppers can be fragile. Your Caketopper will arrive on  a backing board.
Carefully remove from backing board when ready to use.
To lessen the chance of breakage ,please hold your Caketopper by the prong when inserting into the cake whilst gently supporting the top .Do not force from the top.
To clean, simply wipe the prong with a moistened cloth and store safely for your next birthday / celebration or just as a keepsake.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is at the customers expense and is indicated upon checkout.

Orders are dispatched between 7-14 days.
